Lenders that compete for first-time buyers
Buying, refinancing, cashing out, or bridging?Tell us once — licensed lenders reach outwith real options. Free. No hard credit pull.Buying a home, refinancing, pulling cash out, financing a rental, or bridging to the next house — tell us once and licensed lenders in our network reach out with real options for your situation. You compare. You choose. Free, no obligation, and no hard credit pull to get matched.
The first lender you call
isn’t usually the best one.
Two lenders can quote the same borrower, the same house, the same day — and land thousands of dollars apart in fees, points, and cost over the life of the loan. The only way to know is to compare, and almost nobody does, because filling out five applications is miserable.
That’s the whole business: you tell us once, we hand your request to licensed lenders who fit it, and they come to you with Loan Estimates you can line up side by side — on the same form every lender is required to use.
How to compare lenders properly- Interest rate
- Sets your payment
- APR
- Rate + most lender fees, as a yearly cost
- Points & lender credits
- Cost moved between rate and fees
- Section A — lender fees
- The line that varies most
- Cash to close
- What you actually bring
- Same day · same program · same lock
- Apples to apples
Every lender must deliver this standardized three-page form within three business days of your application. No rates appear on this site — the honest number depends on you and the property, and your lenders put it in writing.
From “where do I even start?” to keys in hand.
No five applications. No hold music. You describe the loan once; lenders who actually want it come to you.
Tell us what you need
Buying, refinancing, cash-out, a rental, or a bridge loan — the property, the rough numbers, your timeline. No documents, no hard credit pull.
We match you to lenders
Licensed lenders in our network who actually lend in your state and on your loan type. Never more than four — a comparison, not a flood.
They call. You compare.
Real programs, real quotes, Loan Estimates you can line up side by side. Ask anything. Pick one, or none.
Close with the one you choose
Pre-approval, application, and closing happen with your lender, on their timeline — typically 30–45 days from an accepted offer on a purchase.
If it’s a home loan, we have a lender for it.
Single-family, condos, townhomes, and 2–4 unit properties. Primary residences, second homes, and investments. Conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, DSCR, and bridge.

Built for the borrower, because the industry wasn’t.
Mortgage shopping runs on teaser rates, hard credit pulls, and lenders who go quiet the moment you ask a hard question. We built the opposite.
Lenders compete. You don’t chase.
One request reaches multiple licensed lenders instead of you filling out five applications. They quote; you compare on the same Loan Estimate form every lender must use.
No hard credit pull to get matched
We never touch your credit. A lender checks it only after you speak with them and say yes — and mortgage inquiries inside a shopping window count as one.
Every lender is licensed
Lenders in our network are licensed to lend in your state, and you can verify any of them at NMLS Consumer Access before you share a single document.
Straight talk, no rate bait
You will not see a teaser rate on this site, because the honest number depends on you and the property. Lenders quote it — in writing — once they know both.
“You know what you want to buy. Lenders know how to fund it. Our whole job is putting the right ones in the same room — fast.”
Nationwide reach. Locally licensed lenders.
A mortgage lender has to be licensed in the state where the property sits — so that is how we route every request. Tell us where the home is and we match you only with lenders who can actually close there, in all 50 states and D.C.
Find your stateEvery match is a lender licensed for the property’s state — verifiable on NMLS Consumer Access.
Single-family, condo, townhome, 2–4 units. Primary, second home, or investment.
Conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, DSCR, bridge — routed to lenders who do that lane.
Lenders typically reach out within one business day, often within hours.

Is Quickie Mortgages a lender?
No. We are a matching service. You tell us about the home and your situation once; we connect you with licensed mortgage lenders and brokers in our network who lend in your state. They quote, approve, and close the loan. We may be compensated by lenders for the connection, which never changes the rates or terms they offer you.
Does requesting matches affect my credit score?
No. Quickie Mortgages does not pull credit. A lender will only check your credit after you speak with them and authorize it. When you do compare a few lenders, mortgage inquiries within a short shopping window are treated as a single inquiry by the major scoring models.
What kinds of loans can I get matched for?
Residential loans on one- to four-unit properties nationwide: purchase (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo; fixed-rate and adjustable terms), rate-and-term refinance, cash-out refinance, investment property loans including DSCR, and bridge loans to buy before you sell. Primary residences, second homes, and investment properties.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Getting matched is free and there is no obligation. Lenders pay us for connections; you pay only the normal costs of whichever loan you ultimately choose, which your lender discloses on the Loan Estimate.
Who will contact me, and how fast?
Up to four licensed lenders, brokers, or partners from our network, usually within one business day — often within hours during business hours — by phone, text, or email. You can stop at any time: reply STOP to texts, tell any lender you are not interested, or use our Privacy Choices page to close your request and stop everyone at once.
I’m self-employed. Can I still qualify?
Yes. Lenders in our network offer programs for self-employed borrowers, including those that qualify on tax returns, bank statements, or — for rental properties — the property’s own rent (DSCR). Tell us how you earn and we route accordingly.
Can I get a bridge loan through Quickie Mortgages?
Yes. Not every lender offers bridge financing, so we route bridge requests specifically to lenders who do. Tell us about both properties and your timeline.
Do you cover my state?
We match in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Lenders must be licensed in the state where the property is, and that is how we route every request.
